HavaWalk understands life gets in the way or your pooch may need a rest. HavaWalk offers clients up to 24 hours prior booked session to cancel with no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours unfortunately 50% of the price must be paid. 

HavaWalk offers a no cancelation fee to all pet sitting bookings that are cancelled 1 week prior pet sitting commencement.  Unfortunately if a booking is cancelled within 1 week of pet sitting commencement HavaWalk will not refund the 50% deposit. In some circumstances it is up to HavaWalk's discretion if the 50% deposit is refunded. 

HavaWalk does not secure/hold/agree to set dates for pet sitting unless the 50% deposit is paid within 1 week of receiving the total costs for  pet sitting. Without a secured deposit no pet sitting is secure with HavaWalk. 

HavaWalk will respond to all enquiries within 48 hours please be mindful over holidays and busier periods the response time may extend. We will not respond to enquiries outside of business times

HavaWalk will take & use photos of animals in care or training. Please let HavaWalk know if you do not want your pets photos used. Photos of homes are not used, HavaWalk respects clients privacy..
