Puppy Groom & Desensitisation (under 6 months)
A gentle introduction to grooming, focusing on desensitisation, positive experience, puppy safety & overall care.
Wash with speciality puppy shampoo & conditioner for there delicate skin, blow dry, ear clean, tidying, comb & nail trim.
The services are subject to pups comfortability & tolerance. We do not push pups over their threshold. We take the utmost care & time. Factors that effect the groom may include temperament, age, prior handling & overall condition of coat.
The cost includes 2.5 hours of work, should the puppy need a shorter time or longer time the owner will be billed accordingly

Matted Coat Conditions & Additional Fees
If a dog is presented with a matted compacted coat additional fee of $50 will occur
Dogs that are difficult or require more handling will incur additional $25 fee
Terms & CONDITIONS
If an appointment is booked & a dog/s is groomed at HavaWalk you are agreeing to the terms & conditions. It is not HavaWalks responsibility to ensure you read the terms & conditions thoroughly.
- Deposits are taken for all services, deposits are not an additional charge. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill. The deposit will be lost if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours prior your booking or if you "no show". A late fee will be added if you are more than 15 minutes late.
- All prices are a starting point and will increase/decrease depending on your dogs coat condition, ability to be handled & other additional factors.
- The dog will be brought to HavaWalk in a "normal/healthy" condition for services.
- The owner takes liability if they are uncontactable at the time of their dogs appointment to pay any additional fees necessary.
- HavaWalk will provide a quote as accurately as we can, however the price may increase or decrease depending on the needs, condition & overall dog. Owner acknowledges that they will pay any additional fees.
- HavaWalk will take utmost care while grooming dog/s, this includes but not limited to; hair cutting, brushing, combing, washing, nail trimming & all other services. The owner acknowledges that the services mentioned may result in irritation, aggravated/tender skin, uneven hair, unprecedented cuts & exposed quick. In any circumstances HavaWalk will inform the owner & apply first aid if necessary.
- HavaWalk must be informed of prior & current medical conditions of dog/s. Failure to do so is not a liability of HavaWalk. HavaWalk asserts accurate & high care to all dog/s, in the unfortunate instances of all illness, injuries, &/ death HavaWalk will be excused from all liability by owner.
- HavaWalk has right to cancel or move any appointments at any time. HavaWalk will inform clients of any amendment.
- HavaWalk has all rights to refuse any clients or pets.
- Dog/s should be vaccinated to prevent any diseases, owners must inform HavaWalk about vaccination status. If your dog is unvaccinated you understand that there is always a risk of dogs passing/getting a disease.
- If a dog is present\ed with fleas, additional fees will apply.
